Facility Rentals

We are taking field reservations for the Sports Complex for the 2025 Season, which begins March 1, 2025, and ends October 31, 2025.  
To reserve a field, please follow the steps below.

Mulvane Sports Complex:

1. Complete the Rental Permit Form. To obtain and complete the form, visit the MRC office at 632 E. Mulvane.

2. Once the form is complete, it will be turned in to the Sports Director, who will determine if the field is available. Please allow 24 hours for this decision.

3. If the field is available, you will be notified, and you will then need to come into the office to pay the fee, deposit, and pick up the key. 

4. Once your field reservation is complete, the key must be dropped off at the MRC office, and your deposit will be returned if no violations occurred.

Fairchild Ballfields:

1. Complete the Rental Permit Form. 

• Visit the MRC office at 632 E. Mulvane to obtain and complete the form. 

2. Once the form is complete, it will be turned in to the Sports Director, who will determine if the field is available. Please allow 24 hours for this decision.

3. You will be notified if the field is available, and no further action is needed.

MRC games and practices take priority; the applicant’s request may be denied, rescheduled and/or canceled.
