MRC is taking steps to keep you safe from COVID-19

MRC is taking steps to keep you safe, but we need your help too! MRC is planning to stay open and hold programs as of right now, but we will continue to monitor the situation and adjust as necessary to keep you safe and healthy! If you test positive for COVID-19 and have been in MRC or at a program, please contact Ticia Herd at 316-777-0858. Your identify will remain confidential. This would help us determine next steps.

Coaches, Parents & Players –

  • Please do not to shake hands before or after games or practices.
  • Refrain from touching your face during games or practices.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly, at least 20 seconds, before and after games and practices.
  • Do not attend if you are feeling sick or have recently traveled to infected areas.
  • Do not attend if you have a fever, cough or are short of breath or have been around another person who has these symptoms.

Cat Pack Parents & Students –

  • Please send a water bottle with your child, with his/her name written on the bottle.
  • Refrain from touching your face.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly, at least 20 seconds, before you eat, after you use the restroom and after you cough or sneeze or blow your nose.
  • Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze.
  • Do not touch others’ face or hands.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Stay home if you have a fever, cough or are short of breath.
  • Do not attend if you have recently traveled to infected areas.

MRC Members & Class Participants –

  • Please bring your own water bottle and refrain from using the water fountains.
  • Refrain from touching your face.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly, at least 20 seconds, before and after you work out.
  • Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze and wash your hands immediately after.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Stay home if you have a fever, cough or are short of breath
  • Do not come to MRC if you have recently traveled to infected areas.
  • Wipe down your machine or weight equipment completely with sanitizer wipes before and after use! Wipe down all parts of the machines, even the parts you did not touch.
