Class Descriptions

Dance with Aubree – An upbeat dance class utilizing simple choreography to tone your body. This class incorporates step and Zumba routines as well as arm and leg conditioning. Come start your week off right and dance with Aubree!

Elevation w/ Angela – This class combines the best of aerobics and tone and sculpt. It incorporates cardio, light weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to burn fat, strengthen and then muscles, and improve flexibility. have fun, reduce stress, and move y our body in a way that makes you feel empowered. Elevate your physical and mental health!

Family Yoga – Participants will learn breathing techniques, mindfulness, and yoga postures. They strengthen and lengthen muscles and move different ways using the entire space. Stories, songs, and games will move participants through this wonderful exercise.

High Definition – This is a full body workout class, including circuit, partner, body resistance bands and weights. You will achieve a toned and defined look while keeping your heart rate up.

HITT / Press – High Intensity Interval Training with a twist. Pump iron then switch it up with intervals of cardio to pulse pumping music incorporating drumsticks. Fun and fast paced, this class will get you toned and fit in no time.

Shine Fitness – Shine’s original choreography, rooted in traditional jazz, ballet and hip-hop, provides the perfect balance of cardio, toning, and strength components. Each routine is designed to get students out of their head and into their bodies by using the best and most current music out there!

Slow Flow Yoga – Introspective, slow movements linking breath with motion. Focus is on calming the mind through breath work, while improving balance, flexibility and strength. Slow enough for all levels while giving experienced students the opportunity for advanced skill.

Sunrise Dance Fitness – Rise Shine and Zumba! This combination class gets your heart pumping, muscles burning and body moving. Exercises will include Zumba® routines, step routines and full body toning.

Throwback Aerobics – This upbeat aerobics class set to your favorite songs from the 80s, 90s, and 00s is sure to get your body moving. A total body workout for all levels of fitness that combines cardiovascular and toning exercises in easy-to-follow choreography. It’s a fun, effective way to burn calories, shape your body, and improve cardio fitness.

Tone & Sculpt – A workout designed to strengthen your core and define and tone your body using light weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight.

Ultimate Body – Increase strength, tone muscle and work your core for a total body workout. Training is key to a strong, healthy you.

Yin Yoga – Yin yoga is a more meditative form of yoga. You hold poses for longer periods of time (3 to 5 minutes). It is the yin to the yang in yoga with the vinyasa style of yoga being the usual flow yoga. This form gets into the fascia and ligaments, You will leave feeling relaxed and restored.

Zumba Chair – This class will follow the Zumba® formula with modified low impact moves from a seated position. Exercises will focus on strength, balance, range of motion and coordination.

Zumba Gold – This class will follow the Zumba® formula with modified, low-impact moves to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
