1 /Do I have to live in the USD 263 district to participate in MRC programs & activities?
The “Resident” rate will be extended to our neighbors in Peck, Belle Plaine, & Udall. Those living outside of these boundaries qualify for the 'Non-Resident' price.
2 / What are the ways I can register?
You can register online or in person at the MRC office. We accept cash, check, & card.
3 / How do you handle refunds?

Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by MRC.

Participants may request refunds for classes/sports up to the start date or the program's first meeting or practice.

Once the class/sport has begun, no refunds will be issued.

A $5 administration fee will be charged against refunds for cancellations, including those due to medical concerns, to cover clerical and administrative costs. No administrative fees are charged when a program is cancelled by the MRC.

Fees paid by credit cards will be refunded back to the credit card.

Refund processing may take up to three weeks.

You can find our paper application online that you can download and print off to bring into our office. We also have the option to apply online.

Registration
1 /What if I’m registering more than one person?
Forms are required for each individual person participating in MRC activities - this means a form must be submitted for each individual person who will be participating.
2 / Can I register for Cat Pack online?
You cannot directly register online for Cat Pack. Cat Pack paperwork can be found on our website for you to download and print off. Once it’s completely filled out you can bring it to the MRC and turn it in.
Sports
1 /When will I be contacted by my coach?
Once we have the coaches meeting you should hear from your coach. Coaches meetings are typically held two weeks after the deadline of each sport.
2 / How do I know if an activity is canceled or rained out?
Cancellations & Rainouts will be announced on our Facebook page, website, and a text message will be sent out to all players.
3 /Where are MRC games played?
Soccer: Mulvane Sports Complex; surrounding communities
Baseball/Softball: Mulvane Sports Complex; surrounding communities
Volleyball: MRC Annex Gym
Flag Football: Mulvane Sports Complex
Basketball: MRC Annex Gym, MRC Main Gym, & Surrounding communities
Fitness
1 /Do I have to be a member to take a class?
You do not have to be a member to take a class. You can sign up for any fitness class individually and pay the class fee.
2 / What constitutes a family/who can be added to membership?
Family Memberships are for families living in the same household, at least one person must be 18 years or older.
