Class Description:

Clogging is a type of folk dance in which the dancer’s footwear is used percussively by striking the heel, the toe, or both against a floor or each other to create audible rhythms, usually to the downbeat with the heel keeping the rhythm.

Class Description:
This is a full body workout class including circuit, partner, body resistance bands, and weights. You will achieve a toned and defined look while keeping your heart rate up.

Class Description:
High Intensity Interval Training with a twist.  Pump iron then switch it up with intervals of cardio to pulse pumping music incorporating drumsticks.  Fun and fast paced, this class will get you toned and fit in no time.

Class Description:

Class Description:

Classes focus on self defense, blocks, hand and kicking techniques. It’s a good cardio workout as well. Optional Equipment: Tae Kwon Do shoes and Dobak (uniform). Information, sizing and purchasing discussed in the first class.

Jason Sears is a 2nd Degree Dan Black Belt, certified under the World Tae Kwon Do Federation and has trained for Olympic style competition.

Calm the mind with breath work, improve balance, flexibility, and strength. This class incorporates seated exercises, as well as standing poses and movement utilizing the chair for balance support
